CAD Design and Drafting Service
This project demanded a seamless workflow between our team and the client’s CAD department to refine and finalise all CAD drawings. Every detail is checked for precision before fabrication.
To meet the luxury finish requirements, we implemented additional quality controls, including the application of bend film to each panel before CNC folding. This protected the Prestige Gold surface from press marks and scratches, ensuring every panel arrived in showroom condition.
Our in-house capabilities in flatbed laser cutting and high-precision CNC folding allowed us to process the rare material efficiently and to the exacting standards required by the project.

All 480 panels were laser-cut, folded and delivered on time, scratch-free, and installation-ready, with zero on-site modification required.
