GCI Group Policy

Employees can refer candidates directly to HR or Management by providing a resume or contact information.

Candidates are welcome to contact HR directly, however they must advise the name of the person who referred them on submission of their application. To avoid disappointment from the referrers side.

Referrals will only be accepted by current employees of the GCI group.

If referred candidates do not pass the 6-month probation due to termination or resignation, the employee who referred them will not receive the $1,000 bonus. The bonus will only be paid to current employees who have candidates passing their probation period.

If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first employee who referred the candidate will receive the bonus.

All referred candidates will need to complete the GCI Group standard recruitment process, such as interviews and pre-employment medicals.

All HR, Subcontractors, and previous employees are not eligible for the referral bonus.

All Hiring decisions will be kept confidential between HR and the candidate/s.

There is no cap on referrals for our employees; all bonuses will be paid accordingly.

This policy (and any other GCI Group policy) may be varied from time to time by GCI Group in its discretion. This policy does not form a part of employee employment contracts and is not contractually binding upon GCI Group.
