We can deliver your laser cutting project in 3 days if it meets the following conditions:
1. Timeline: Orders must be placed by 10 am on day 1 and will be dispatched by 4 pm on day 3.
2. Material Specifications: Be a stocked common material Sheetmetal only (250g MS / 350g MS / 304ss / 5005 Ally), please pay attention rotary laser processing is not included.
3. File Requirements: Have both usable DXF’s and PDF’s available (DXF files need to be clean, at 1:1 scale, any etching must be in yellow, one DXF per part)
4. Order Modifications: Once an order has been submitted, any requests for modifications—including but not limited to changes in design files, material specifications, quantities, or delivery instructions — must be communicated to us immediately. Modifications may result in a reset of the 3-day lead time, depending on the nature and extent of the changes. We will assess the impact of the requested modifications and provide a revised timeline if necessary. Please note that certain modifications may not be possible after the order has entered the production phase, and in such cases, the original order details will be honored as submitted.
5. Payment Terms: Client needs to hold a current trading account with GCI
6. Capacity Limitations: The availability of the 3-day lead time for laser-only processing is subject to our current production capacity. While we strive to fulfill all orders within the specified timeframe, there may be instances where high demand or unforeseen circumstances impact our ability to do so. In such cases, we reserve the right to extend the lead time beyond 3 days. Customers will be notified promptly if their order is affected, and we will provide an updated estimated completion date. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in these situations.
7. Exclusions: Order must be at least 500kg and maximum of 5t. - (more may be processed at the discretion of GCI) - Public holidays and weekends are not counted as working days
8. Quality Assurance: We are committed to delivering high-quality laser processing services. All orders undergo thorough quality checks before they are dispatched to ensure that they meet the specifications provided by the customer. However, please note that the 3-day lead time option may limit the extent of some quality assurance processes.
While we make every effort to maintain our usual standards, minor deviations from the specifications, such as slight variations in cuts or finishes, may occur.
If you receive an order that does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt.
We will review the issue and, if deemed a result of processing errors, we will offer a reprocessing of the order at no additional cost or provide a suitable alternative resolution. This guarantee does not cover errors resulting from incorrect specifications provided by the customer or modifications made after the order has been submitted.
9. Shipping and Delivery: The 3-day lead time refers to processing only and not include delivery timeframe
